The vast majority of the personal information we process is provided to us directly and voluntarily by you for one of the following reasons:

II.b. To communicate effectively with our agency, again to ensure we can fulfill our functions and obligations

We may receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
II.c. Clients issuing a review, experience or complaint;

We use the information that you have given us in order to execute functions as construed by Section III., ‘Agency’s Obligations and Services’, in our Independent Contractor Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, creating and advertising a profile for you on our website, and other promotional platforms and channels; protecting our services, escorts, and clients, by detecting and protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

We may share some of this information with those required to fulfill our services and obligations, such as independent contractors in the form of our receptionist(s); or legitimate third-party advertising platforms.

We will share all information with authorities as required under operation of law.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

IV. INFORMATION STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Your information is securely stored upon anti-virus-protected, and password-protected devices; including upon WordPress’ servers, as required to display on our website.
Your Photo I.D. is stored within a password-protected VeraCrypt container; utilising a combination of ‘AES’, ‘Serpent’ & ‘Twofish’ encryption, alongside SHA-512 (encryption algorithm).

We keep your information – as construed in Section I. – until such a time that you completely terminate your relationship with our agency, and request your profile and all associated personal data is removed.
We will then dispose your information in a manner dependent upon the method of storage:
IV.a. Cloud-based data will be scrubbed from the database and previous back-ups, if applicable;
IV.b. Data stored on hard-disk drives with Windows-based operating systems will be wiped via specialised third-party erasure software;
IV.c. Data stored on any alternative drives, such as solid-state (SSD), and/or alternative operating systems, will be wiped via specialised third-party erasure software pertaining to the relevant drive format and operating system.

V. DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
Under data protection law, your rights include the following:
V.a. Your right of access. You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
V.b. Your right to rectification. You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
V.c. Your right to erasure. You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
V.d. Your right to restriction of processing. You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
